HP Officejet 7000 Wide Format
Low ink level light came on for black. Installed new cartridge (correctly) and now it doesn't print ANY black at all. No errors or anything - it sounds like it's printing OK but no black comes out. Things I have tried...
Re-installing print cartridge
A different ink cartridge
cleaning print heads via software and physically removing head assembly and cleaning also
Unplugging printer for a while
Tried printing from two different machines with 2 versions of Windows
Every option I can find in the printer setup
Poking with a stick
Nothing works - I feel like it must be something really obvious and stupid, but for the life of me I can't work it out
