Hey guys, my printer is a Canon IP2000 which ran superbly up until about a week ago where it can't print properly. The problem is when I try to print text from Word it doesnt print properly (text is really faint and basically unreadable at all). At first I thought it may have been the ink cartridge I used so I changed it for another but the same thing occured. I have tried cleaning and deep cleaning the printer but nothing works, what shall I do?
I've got a 2year warranty on this but as I use compatiable ink, does that mean my warranty is void? Thanks all.
