Printer warning light

Hi,

I've got a Dell 924 printer/scanner. Just got both the black and colour ink cartridges refilled. Put them back in and the warning light it still flashing as well as the printer properties still show the ink levels as low. Any ideas how to correct it?

Sounds like you need to reset the chip.Sorry don't know how to do it.

i think u r right but as far as i no u better off taking it back or do a-lot or resurch on the net about how to do it
