Printer watermarking

At our workplace, people seem to print and leave stuff in the printer, is there any software that will insert the windows username at the footer of every printout?

Try looking in the properties pages of the printer driver. There may be a 'separator page' option.

That isnt ideal as it uses up paper

But isn't your printer full of paper ?

Yes it is, but doesnt that print out an additional page to every print job?
