Printer which 1?

Hi guys im on the lookout for a good printer dont wanna be paying more than £60 if possible

would like the folowing:

Photo quality
Cheap ink
Prints on cds and all papers envelopes .etc

(Multifunction if possible but i doubt it )

Any ideas guys ive seen the epson r220 which pretty good for the price
