Just thought I would vent some rage here!
I have an HP printer/scanner/copier.
Recently, it informed me that my yellow ink was empty, so I went to No competitors! to get another one. I put it in the printer as the instructions suggested. The printer then proceeded to tell me I was out of yellow ink
I contacted HP, who said it would need a full reset, which they guided me through, at the end of which, I was still apparently out of ink.
They said it would need a service/repair, the cost of which would be more than buying a new printer. thats handy isnt it... for them!
I left it, thinking I would still be able to print in B+W.
Well, no. since then, it has decided that my other ink is now out of date and refuses to print at all until I replace it all.
Anyone else share my hate of printers?
