I'm trying to make a contact list at work. One side will have a graphic on and the other will contain the list (it's not big as it's a contact list). When it's printed they'll be laminated.

What software can I use so that when it prints off doubled sided they are aligned? Can it be done in the MS Suite (I have publisher as well)?

I am not entirely sure what you mean. Why would it matter if a graphic on the other side of a page lines up...

Either way, all you have to do is print the first page, take the paper and put it back in the printer to do the other side. If the graphic and contact list are in the same place they will print to the same place...

Some printers also support duplex so no need to swap the page yourself!

On one side is a telephone list in a table format and the other will have the firms graphic title on it. I need it so that the graphic is in the centre when it's all printed off.

I inherited the job from someone else and thought it might be quite difficult to do but after messing for a couple of mins I've managed to do it on word. Thanks SiriusB for the suggestions :)

Make them the same physical size eg 4" x 4", using spaces, padding, borders etc.
Set the page options, printer options or printer itself to centre the print on the page.
Print one side, turn over, print on the other.
