Printing a lot of pics

Hi all,

Ive been asked to print off nearly 300 pics onto a4 pages so they can be quickly looked through and selected

is there a quick way to put say 6 onto one page? or do i need to do it all manually?

What software do you use? I'm certain Lightroom and Photoshop have the ability to generate contact sheets.

Is this a normal way for people to look at and select images? Seems quite unnecessary!

its for a nursery, so it involves 200 different children, so its more than just showing one person a group of images, theres near on 400 parents to show..... so printed is the easiest way to keep it all good

Go round to your local print shop and get them to do it. They'll do it far more cheaply and the quality of the output will be far greater than you can produce on your desktop inkjet (let alone a SOHO colour laser printer).
