Printing an image of a specific size

I have an image that is 2362 x 1671, I would to print the image and put it in a frame roughly A2 size.
I don't want to crop it or ideally alter the ratio, what would be the best way of doing this?

It should be ok, it's not a photo but an image with some writing.

But if my ratio isn't A2 it will either crop or stretch to fit.
There's lot's of different frame sizes with different ratios how do I work out what size to get?

Luck for you the A sizing convention is 1.4142.
Shouldn't make much difference, although you'd only be getting 71 pixels per inch if they could print the whole page
