Printing envelopes with dif addresses

I have 2 A4 sized sheets on my PC with approx 40 addresses on it.

How can i select those addresses and print them off on 40 envelops without doing it manually?

They are only on 2 A4 sheets at the moment. Cheers

Are they in excel format? Mail merge is the easy way done it lots of times.

• Change the page size to your envelope size.
• Set margins accordingly
• Insert a page break after each address (shift+enter)
• Insert 40 envelopes into your printer
• Press print

(Edit: Test on one first to make sure you've got the orientation right)
