Printing issue. Photoshop Elements 8

Hi guys,

Hope this is the right section.

Just asking on behalf of a colleague at work but basically he has Photoshop Elements 8 installed on his computer and when he tries to print he gets an error messages prompting him to install a printer before he can continue.

This is the only application that he is havign a problem with and nothing has been changed etc on his machine recently. All the other apps pick up the networked printers without issue.

Any suggestions?

Can be closed managed to fix it by changing the default printer to the PDF printer which enabled me to get in to the printer options in the software from which you can then select the rest of the printers on the network.
