Printing perfectly sized dvd covers

anyone know how to do this, like is there a decent program i just dump my dvd cover images in. i tried the one included with the latest nero but it always makes them too small even when i align them perfectly to the borders.

Nero screws up mine as well. Plus it misses out the transparent inner circle dvd's have.

Dvd covers are used for a lot more than just pirated movies just as labelflash and litescribe are.
