Printing Problems

Hi
I have a HP 100 MFP 175a Laserjet.
The drivers are downloaded from HP but every time i switch it off i have to reload them again to do another print.

Its connected via USB

That sounds painful and depressing....
i was hoping for a quick intelligent answer from a normal human being.
