Wasn't sure where to place this, but thought people in here might have some experience with print shops.

I'm just trying to find out how much it would cost to get a 200+ page PDF printed out in full colour. And if you could recommend any stores that will offer a cheap service?

Is it double sided printing you want? Does it need to be bound? Any ideas on GSM of paper you want? email me in trust.
 
Just looking at the cheapest possible way to have an ebook printed out really. I don't want to have to sit in front of my PC to read it, so I'd prefer a physical copy. But I also don't want it to cost more than the ebook to get it printed.

Doesn't need to be double sided, as I guess that will cost quite a bit more. And I wasn't looking to have it bound.
