Is there a reason why i am unable to send a PM to another forum member? Any sort of restrictions?

Private messages?

Private messaging is disabled for all users except Admins/Dons/Underbosses. This is to prevent excess load on the server.

I always send people an email or grab them on MSN if I want to speak to them privately. If they don't have an email or MSN ad in their profile or trust, then bad luck - they don't want to be contacted.
