Does this site have PM's? The bit where it says "Welcome, hornetsinger" in the top right pretty sure I saw a little envelope icon, but it's not there anymore.

You can only message via the Trust system. Trust can only be enabled with 1000 posts (I think) and agreement from the mods.

EDIT: 1000 posts and enabling Trust also allows access to the members market for selling items. The point of needing so many posts is to lower the risk of scammers using the members market.

You'll only get the icon at the top right if a mod or the forum system leaves you a message for some reason - or certain things like infractions.
