Pro Active Fitness Cardio Trainer Help?

Hey all,

Bit of a random question this but need some help with the above mentioned treadmill. Bought one off fleabay but had no manual. Pro Active fitness want £23 for a manual!!!

Has anyone got this treadmill and be willing to email a copy of the user guide as i have no idea how to program the damn thing

ANY help always appreciated.. if not i will have to swallow the £23.
