I do like Viviani but have found him a little 'misplaced' in Sky. He'd be better placed in another team as I think they would benefit more from a rouleur type who can also sprint... Like a Swift who can actually get results!

Owain Doull confirmed to be riding for Team Sky's road team from 2017.

Awesome signing, really excited to see him ride more on the road! To be honest I've been quite disappointed with Adam Blythe as all he got this year was the National RR... Maybe one to watch out for next year (depending what happens with Tinkoff)?! I've not seen anything to say where he, Sean Yates and a few others are moving (if anywhere)?

I thought he had been a Sky rider for a while? Maybe not - I get him mixed up with Jonathan Tiernan-Locke quite often.

Without a doubt it could have gone that way. There was a suggestion from some quarters that Cav purposely knocked Park off as to cause Viviani and O'Shea to crash. Viviani could have quite easily come to that conclusion win or lose, but he saw it otherwise as did O'Shea when they could both have kicked off about it.

He has been riding as Stagieres (sp) for this year.

Some race in the rain in Hamburg. I only heard as Caleb Ewan got the win after Bouhanni moved across on him badly.

Well that finish was absolute brutal! Sooo steep. Once again Spanish police showing the French how to do their jobs keeping so many people in check and the riders free to race.

Not much Vuelta love yet, but what a fantastic race todays was OBE definitely did their homework and absolutely nailed it! Great win by Simon Yates.

I love the fact ITV are talking about La Tour D'Avenir with the Colombians. All but Chaves look like they've had the hardest paperrounds known to man! How can Quintana and Atapuma look so old!
