Pro Evo 2009, Verify the file exists

Can anyone help with this ?
When installing I get quite near the end and then up pops the error (see below)
I checked the file and it is their so how do I verify it?

That looks like a dodgy CD, it's not able to read the file from it.

So basically I'll have to buy it again ?
I've had it installed before but its fair scratched.

Well if you have another CD drive you could try that, or you could google repairing CDs. I actually managed to repair my throne of Bhaal cd with toothpaste
