Pro Evo 6

Picked this up today for the PC, can someone recommend good addons/kit patches etc for it, ive been a 360 player till recently *cough*, but the downside of that was the ability to be able to do nothing other than play the game, so im looking forward to the customisation.

In particular, is there any kits/faces for the SPL?

Does anyone on here play online, ive heard it has the same problem with cheaters that the 360 one had, so id be keen to play with some reputable people.

Can't remember exactly, but look for 'The Wolfs' pro evo updates, I'm pretty sure that was the guy. He did massive updates (about 1.5GB iirc) for Pro Evo 4 and 5, so there might be one for 6. It updates everything.

Wolf stopped doing the updates for Pro Evo after 5 IIRC.

I play it online reguarly, you do get a fair few people disconnect when your winning, and im not sure if you get credited with the win if that happens but I know for a fact the disconnecting player gets a tally on there profile stating that they have disconnected and you can avoid them if you choose so. Its better than the all the prevoius online Pro's though. Lag is usually very minimal as long as you play with players who have 2/3 connection bars or above.

Bit gutted, I stuck it on - (vista) and cant get any vsync option, it also wont run in proper widescreen, which is weird as im pretty certain when i had it at christmas on my old shuttle with 7900GTO that it ran like a dream at 1920x1200 on my tv.

Does anyone run it at this resolution on windows xp, does it run correctly?

use kitserver to set your widescreen resolution.

and i thought nvidia drivers now support vsync in vista? i'm still waiting for ati to pull their fingers out.

Forcing Vsync dosent appear to work, lazy buggers.

The PC version is the best out of the bunch. Patches/Editing options are top quality and make PES6 even better.

I'm currently using:

K-Patch 2.2HD
Fifa 07 Commentary Patch
Green Stadium Patch (for better pitches)
157 PES6 Stadiums (which has nearly every clubs stadium)
Kitserve 6.5.2

If you are comfortable in doing a few editing/updating via DKZ Studio then you will be in PES6 heaven

totally agree im using most of the stuff there, but one question what is the fifa commentary like because im gettin sick of the pes commentary now :rolleyes:

fifa commentary much better get that with high def kits and evo patch 1.3.

I dunno if anyone remembers but I organised a OcUK Pro Evo 5 cup tournament on here a while back, was good fun. Would love to do one again but not sure if there would be enough interest? PES5 seemed to be a lot more popular than 6.
