Pro Evo pause cheat.

Just come across my first Pro Evo pause cheater.

From what I have heard its the usual story. Little kiddie picks France, little kiddie loses a few goals and then hangs the game hoping for me to disconnect.

So far it has been hanging for almost and hour and to be honest I am happy to leave the xbox switched on for days if needs be.

What I need to know is how I can tell he has disconnected? will the game simply come back to life or will I be left playing the stubborn gamer act hours after he has disconnected and is playing again?

I decided before I even went on-line that if the situation ever came up I would leave my Xbox on for as long as it takes with no exceptions or limits. If people cant play in the spirit they should then they wont profit from me.

Ok here we are again.

Was challenged to a game by some random and notice he is in div 3C same as me so we had a game. Now he is plainly using another tag other than his main one because he scores every shot he takes in the half and some of them were spectacular efforts. Now one minute into the second half he hangs the game and since then has been sending loads of text and voice messages containing a fair whack of abuse as well as telling me his Xbox is staying on all night.

Good job my pc is beside the 360 and with Fm2007 patch out today and my box set of season 2 of Las Vegas to watch I am set for the night.

So stand off begins at 9.47pm, could be in this one for the long haul.

If I really wanted to play another guy I would just disconnect and play but as I have already played about twenty games on-line the last few hours it is time to stop anyway. As I said with the patch out and my box set arriving today I am happy to leave the 360 running and wander off to other things before heading to bed.

edit: why he decided to hang the game I have no idea because he was totally humiliating me.

Just hit the middle button and log out and back in again.

it only goes down as a disconnect once the game shows the last screen before kick off. You can log out any time before that and it doesn't alter your stats.
