Pro Evo Soccer 2008 Stutter?

anyone else get stuttering, well not as much stuttering but more like microstutter in this game?

im using a 8800gt and even tried the game on a 1950pro and x1900xt and it still has a little stutter to it.

rez is 1360x768.

dunno if anyone else has experienced this?

Are you using a no cd crack ? if not try using it
it's a shambolic game actually no wonder it went straight to £9-99

Turn on v-sync. If your Framerate is to high it flickers.

Played it at a friend's on PS3 and it stutters on that too so there's probably nothing you can do about it

yep tried all the stuff above and then some. still no luck. even on crap gfx mode and 640x480 rez its still stuttering a bit. guess its crappy console port since it runs perfectly smooth on the ps2.

even tried using dxtweaker to force triplebuffering and vsync but the game is just craply programmed i guess.

Best patch for this game is the bin. And switch to fifa as that looks like its going to win the 09 race as well.

Try play around with the "skip framerate" option

As above, use a no cd 'patch'. Fixes it for me.

Its mad that I have to use these 'patches' to make games work that I've paid for!

I saw Fifa 08 running yesterday on a mid spec PC, thought it looked quite good actually! Not played an EA Fifa since 2004...

Luckily there's gonna be two teams working on PES 09, main one for PS3 and another one on everything else. At least they cant get any worse than 08
