Pro Evolution Soccer 5 Online Question

Is the online play for Pro Evolution Soccer 5 basically the same for PC, XBOX, PS2 in that you could have a PS2 copy and be playing somebody who is playing the game through an Xbox copy?

Nope you can't play someone on a different platform

Thanks anyway gam3r. I was hoping to play my mate tonight as he has a Playstation 2 and I got an Xbox 360. Ah well, it would have been nice. But I couldn't believe how many players there are online for PES5 which got me thinking that maybe all those users weren't on one platform. Anyway, thanks!
