pro street on pc

i just installed pro street on my pc and its really choppy ive lowered everything to low and its still the same is there a fix or patch out there im using a ati hd 4850 card

yes there is a patch that helps a bit....i think it just caps the fps at 30 if i can remember correctly.

Definitely some sort of bug, I've played this maxed out with loads of AA and AF at 1920x1200(and 1080) with 3870X2.
