prob when clocking

hi i have a bfg680i motherboard,8800 graphics and 2gig of dominator mem.i am having a strange problem.when playing games i get a bleeping from my speakers,not from the motherboard.its a high pitched single bleep and is very random.it only seems to do it when i overclock.i have the latest drivers and bios update.i am running at 3.2 gig on water with good temps.and have run orthos for 8hrs and its ok.but when not overclocked it seems ok.any ideas whats causing this..

have you checked all the fan fail warnings are disabled?

had a look in bios but havnt really got any settings for that.all i have is in system monitor where it says turn on or manual ,and i can change the values but nothing else.
