whenever i click on my computer its just coming up with the torch thing and dont move and keeps being crap, any ideas?

ive just found out its because 2 of my sata drives aint working :S
the software keeps coming up with a error so im going to reinstall it but cant because when i go to install it gets to 0% and nothing
