I'm not sure what a 100% crop is, mentioned on here quite often. Could someone please explain?

It's where you're taking a section of a photo and showing it at full size rather than taking the whole picture and reducing the size. Not sure if that makes it clearer or not

A 100% crop is a view of the actual pixels.
