Probably a simple solution - Folder Views

Basically I want one drive and it's subdirectories to have one folder view.

Is there any quick way of doing this without setting it for each folder, but without affecting the other drives?

Only way I know of doing it is setting your folder settings and pressing apply to all folders, but I think that'll do it to every single folder on Windows

Open Expolrer to the root of C: click Tools>Folder Options>View Tab and set it up the way you want it the click Apply to all Folders, Close explorer and reopen to check.
