I am sorry but I am not very good with TVs but I am just wondering, If I buy this TV card (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-021-CP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=169) and connect it to a socket that is connected to my sky dish, will I be able to use all of the features in windows media centre? Sorry if this is a really stupid question but I just want to verify before I buy it and find it doesn't work. Thanks

It should work as if it was a freesat box connected to your PC (should work withing media centre too). So you should have access to all free-to-air satellite channels (including the HD ones AFAIK), however the sky subscription channels will not work as you need a sky box and viewing card for that.

Unfortunately not,you need a CAM and it gets all complicated/cumbersome but it can be done

EDIT:sorry,forgot to say you will get the freesat channels but not the sky ones
