problem accessing 1 site all other sites work

I'm playing the online game conquerclub.com which is a type of risk game.

Since this morning I can no longer access the site. The rss feed doesn't work but i'm receiving mails from the site.

when i do a tracert or ping it gets stuck somewhere (not sure where)

here is a pic

all other sites I regularly visit seem to be working ok.

when i do a ping it says TTL expired in transit with the IP 195.2.10.161

Any ideas?

It loaded up for me just now. Perhaps try again. Where are you? The route from your ISP server to the site server could be broken.

i've mailed my ISP seems like all access to rackspace.com sites is blocked for some reason my ISP DNS servers are 195.130 so the problem seems to lie with them

it's fixed today

I had to use a proxy website to access it the whole day yesterday. They must have been having a tech fault somewhere in Paris yesterday.
