Problem - Adding another 2x1GB to my existing 2x1GB.

Hi all!

Not long ago I bought another pair of OCZ 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC Series DDR2 to my existing ones (same type and all). It worked fine for about a week then it all just froze, after removing the sticks it worked fine once again, do you have to do anything in particular when you add another pair of memory sticks or were I just unlucky with them?

I just installed VirtualBox and could need some more memory when running it together with my main OS.

Have you set the BIOS manually or are you running auto settings?

Have you tried each stick on its own to see if one of them has failed?

I never touched the BIOS so must been on auto settings.. I thought I could just put them in and it would just run normal,, opsi! and no, I have not tried each stick on its own, should probably do that ehh?
