Problem after installing 8.1

Hi I recently installed windows 8.1 and I'm getting this problem where the screen just starts flashing like crazy. It doesn't happen too often. It always happens just after I boot up, but never in games. I've tried uninstalling my GPU drivers using guru3d in safe mode and redownloading them fresh and installing to no avail.

Is your Gpu OC`ed?
Do you have all the latest chipset drivers for your mobo?

My GPU isn't overclocked, i'm going to uninstall the chipset drivers and reinstall them now.

Just make sure you have all the latest mobo drivers for Windows 8.
