Problem after installing msi 9650 2gb

Hi guys not sure if someone can help me but I have bought a new graphics card today MSI 6950 2gb i reset the bios before i installed and fitted the new card, everything booted up fine, installed all the drivers etc etc card running ok,

then i decided to boot into the bios to overclock my rig again and it will not boot into the bios and crashes, no matter what i do it just hangs, if i dont try to get to the bios, the system boots as normal, tried taking the card out and can then get into the bios no problem, any ideas

rig details are below, do i have a faulty card or incompatable card/board combo

Have you tried clearing the CMOS by taking out the battery for a minute and then trying it again?

This happened to me recently after I put a 560Ti in my 780i. Turned out to be a dead mobo

Tried everything inc clearing the cmos etc, the only thing that works, is if i turn off the comp then plug the hdmi in the onboard graphics, unplug the power from the card and boot, it will then boot to the bios when i try, apart from that graphics are working really well just this one problem, will contact scan on monday.
