I'm running a Q6600 on an asus maximus formula and i also purchased 4GB of Corsair XMS2 Dominator PC2-8500C5.
When I boot with all 4 sticks in, the LSD poster displays the message 'DET DRAM'
My system works perfectly with 2 1GB, its also post's with 3 sticks however resets before booting windows.
I have flashed the bios with the most up to date version and still no joy, is ther esomething i need to change in the bios?
If anyone can point me in the right direction i'd be extremely grateful. I'm new to this and i've run out of ideas >.<
