problem connecting 3rd monitor

3rd monitor not working

hey guys
recently bought this card http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-302-SP&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1673

installed card but unable to get 3 screens working the problem is with the lower dvi port i get no output

is this a faulty card or maybe i am missing something

1 monitor connected hdmi
1 monitor connected upper dvi port
1 moniter connected lower dvi port this port wont work at all

3rd monitor is straight dvi to dvi yes
have now tried this monitor on its own still dont work
so kinda guessing there is a problem with the card

yeah just tried monitor in differant place and works
and connected differant monitor with cable and works

so guessing that port is faulty am i still able to use mini display port

is it possible to connect 3rd monitor through mini dp port ?

ok middle monitor samsung s24b350 connected by hdmi cable
right monitor samsung syncmaster sa350 connected to dvi port via vga adaptor
left monitor acer h243h connected straight to dvi port no connectors

have found when i connected left monitor the display goes very unstable and other 2 monitors start flashing off and on all the time
