Almost everytime I turn on my PC I get this:
finally.bmp

I click repair, it sits for 2mins doing nothing. It then says it could not repair, I click repair a 2nd time and it works. It's always the same procedure.

ISP is AOL, Router is BT Voyager 2110

Also when I turn on my PC it takes 2mins for my icons to appear?

Any help much appreciated :)

"Limited or no connectivity" means it couldn't get an IP address from the router. It could be a hyperactive firewall or anything.

At the very least, if it worked straight off with manually assigned IPs you'd know the issue was DHCP-related, rather than any more general network issue.

My work laptop (T43 Thinkpad) does something similar in XP - occasionally (once a fortnight) it won't connect to my home WLAN and I have to do the Repair thing, even though it ends up saying it failed. After that it connects straight away and off I go.. I tried sorting it but I don't use the work lappy that much anymore at home so I'm not wasting time on sorting it.

It is set to static IP for the wireless and like I say it's not all the time just occasionally :/
