Set up my PC with XBMC so decided to connect to TV. This is a fairly basic 32 inch 720p Toshiba (32AV555D).
PC graphics is an ATi 4850 and I am using a DVI to HDMI lead.

It detects the display no problem and what it displays is clear but it wil not fill the whole screen. I have tried settings display resolutions such as 1360x768 and just setting to 720p in CCC but it stays the same. Even max resolution of 1920x1080 still the same. Tried different refresh rates also.

Any ideas on cause or how to fix?

Thanks
Andrew

in ccc go to desktops & displays, then at the bottom click on the small arrow next to the tv and go to configure

in one of the tabs called scaling options you can change the underscan/overscan

this should sort out your problem :)
