Problem deleting folder

I'm trying to delete a folder of some video capture driver I downloaded. I get this error message every time:

Error Deleting File or Folder
Cannot delete msvcp71.dll: Access is denied.
Make sure the disk is not full or write protected or that the file is not currently in use.

It's annoying...

I'm on XP.

Any help much appreciated
