First of all, sorry for typing this much:

Basically I was playing CoD4 + I think my graphics card overheated as my computer turned off without warning. I found out my case fan had stopped working + I tried to fix it (stupidly blowing my fan controller in the mean time, I think it was my fault and I ended up having to get rid of the case fan + fan controller although I think that's irrelevant as my mobo wasn't plugged in at the time).

The PC started up first time (after it crashed) but said I had changed the CPU clocks + wanted me to set them to default in the bios. I restored the bios to default (although CPU speeds were at stock) + the PC now won't boot (nothing shows on screen, but graphics card fan whirrs).

With everything plugged in, the LED's on my 680i show "19". I've resat everything, cleared cmos, tried different graphics cards + different sticks of RAM in different slots but this error remains. Also unplugged things like DVD Drives, Hard Drives, any peripherals, sound card, etc. but nothing seems to help.

In the EVGA manual, the error code "19" appears twice, once saying "Reserved", once saying "Init Memory Controller: ProdD – Discrete assembly register init algorithms".

PC Spec as follows:

Q6600 (Watercooled), EVGA 680i (NB + SB Watercooled, P31 Bios), GeForce 8800GT (Single slot air cooling), 2GB Ballistix.
Everything was run at stock speeds (lame) and I have never had any problems with CPU / Mobo temps.

Any ideas? Help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

I've got a new set of stuff coming soon, although hadn't planned for this one to go bang.

I've tried different graphics cards + memory, the only vital components I'm unsure about are the processor + mobo.
