Problem loading a website from 1 pc on network

I am able to load a particular website when loaded directly from a browser on my main server, but if I try to load the same site from my laptop I get page not found error.

It is only for this one site.

I've tried different browsers on the laptop, I've tried clearing cookies and cache, but still won't load.

Only difference I can think is that the laptop connects over wireless, but server is wired.

Any suggestions what may be causing this, or how I can get the laptop to work?

It appears to have been a subtle difference in the bookmarked URL.

Both HTTP and HTTPS logins used to work, but seems now the site can only be accessed through HTTPS.

Knew it'd be something simple, but swear I'd already checked this.
