Problem logging into router

Hi all just tried logging into my router as i do every now and again to check speeds Etc.
Now when trying to log in today i get this message

The login user number is overtop!!

I dont have a clue what this means and not sure how to get around it.
Router is siemens, as im an orange customer this is the router they supplied.
Any help would be great

Smells like there could be stale sessions on the router. Have you tried bouncing it and logging in again?

When ever i try to get on the ip address its just saying the same thing.

What do you mean by bouncing it?

Bouncing = turn it off and back on again.
