Problem monitor or setting fault?

Recently got my hands on a Preditor x34 and noticed that the background colours on my desktop seem to shift when moving windows on the desktop (see video https://youtu.be/wKqqpKfizMk).

Is this a rubbish panel or am I simply missing some nVidia/monitor setting?

Do you have Dynamic contrast or something enabled?

'Adaptive Contrast'. Solved now it's off. Thanks

Neither - returned by a buyer because of 'a scratch'. Bought for a discount at £600. Just trying to work out if its worth keeping. Horizontal scan lines appear when overclocked though at 85Hz it's very hard to spot. Still a nice improvement from 60Hz...
