Problem mounting XSPC D5 in 800D

Hi,

I'm having an issue mounting the XSPC D5 into the front 5.25" bay in my Corsair 800D.

I can push it all the way back in the bay but then it is not flush with the front of the case. If I pull the D5 forward I can't mount/fix it into the bay.

Anyone else got this combo & have any advice?

Nevermind, sorted it

Realised you cannot mount the bay directly beneath the front mounted USB ports at the top of the case because the fill port cap is raised slightly from the top of the D5

Not sure that just 2 screws will hold it firm & prevent vibration though :/

If you need more screws in, pop the quick release latches off, it should give you more access to mounting holes
