Problem printing double sided?

I have an Epson sx535wd printer and I can't seem to print double sided? I can copy and print double sided no trouble, but when I try and print from the computer it will not keep the paper and print double sided. Anyone have this printer and any ideas.

Hi, your epson will have a setting to print double sided, its called duplex for my canon, check your printers manual.

No info in the manual when I go to the Epson web site for support, double printing on the help menu as no info? when printing you get the option to set double side print auto but it will not print on both sides, like I said it works no problem if I do a copy!!!

Hi, well l have just read the instructions for your printer sx535wd and on page 33 there is a setting for 2 sided printing on or off, down load the sx535wd pdf instructions go to page 33.

Yes I have that followed all the instructions still will not print double sided?

If you go to the printer properties, providing your printer supports duplex, there should be a drop-down box to select simplex/duplex.

I have done all that? Its prints double sided if I do a copy but not printing from my computer? I have set everything in the printing box, double sided printing but still had no luck.

Can you try the printer on another pc with latest drivers even firmware.

Hi what do you mean a copy? scanning a document with print both sides? is your printer on a network?

Is your printer set as default ie: win7 > click start> click devices and printers check to see if it is set as default printer, if not this could be the problem.
