Problem Setting Up Personal Hotspot

Hi

I am having a play with my shiny new 4s but am struggling with personal hotspot. I am on the One Plan with Three, so should get it, but I cannot set it up.

When I go into Setting > General > Network, the Person Hotspot button gets stuck on the "egg timer circle". Any ideas?

What was the solution? Others may experience the issue so woul save other threads.
