Hey everyone, happy new uear
Ok, this issue is really driving me crazy, I received the Harmon/Kardon soundsticks 3 for christmas and I've noticed that they shut down automatically after a few minutes of inactivity.
From what I understand this is a natural power saving feature...but WHAT is driving it!? I'm using a Xonar DG with UNi drivers on a GA-Z87X-UD4H board. I can see no options to disable this anywhere.
I have checked the Bios, Registry, sound card control panel etc etc with no apparent resolution. I don't mind this attempt to save power but it is buggy sometimes e.g. shutting down whilst I'm in WoW but not necessarily playing, why would it shut down the speakers if the game is still producing background noise.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, this isd riving me mad!
Cheers, K
