Problem Waking from sleep

I have a problem with the PC in my sig. I can put it into sleep mode but when I try to wake it the computer turns on for a few seconds, then powers down, starts up again but the post screen doesnt load let alone Windows.

Things I Have tried:
Updated BIOS to the latest
Turned ErP on and off in BIOS

Fixed it by changing ErP in BIOS to S5 only incase anyone else finds they have the same problen.
