Problem when opening chinese pst files.

Hi, I have a client who recieves pst files form chinese clients. When they inport them into outlook most of the message decodes correctly except either the from, subject or too feilds.

Now the client machine is runing off sbs 2003 and i have bought, installed run every language pack under the sun still to no avail. The only option i haev left is to install a chinese version of outlook, which i really dont want to do.

Sooooo i was wondering if anyone has any ideas ? theres and example of the problem I'm getting below

When I was running Win98, I had to use a NJStar CJK Viewer.
Probably a better solution out there.
