Problem: Windows 7, BBC iPlayer, IE8

Hi all

Since 'upgrading' to the above combination, BBC iPlayer no longer plays anything. The screen loads but no content is loaded, no sound, no play controls, nothing apart from this:

It's the same with radio.

Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it? Thanks.

Ditch IE and use Chrome. Problem solved.

If it works in any of Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari et al, it's possibly an issue with the ActiveX Flash plugin.

Runs fine here with 7077 x64 and IE8
