Problem with 2 monitors and Skyrim

So I have a 2 monitor setup and usually in games when I'm playing full screen the cursor will be locked into the primary monitor which the game is being played on. If I want to use my secondary monitor, I'll usually have to tab out or change the game to windowed. With Skyrim it's different though, and even on fullscreen the cursor isn't locked to the primary screen and I can freely move the cursor into the 2nd monitor. This means that when I'm in combat, it makes it incredibly difficult to fight something without minimizing the game multiple times due to the cursor being on the second monitor and me clicking to attack. It's very annoying and makes it almost unplayable... so I'm looking for a fix :(
I tried using this cursorlock program but it seems like I can't use the SKSE Launcher with it?

http://dualmonitortool.sourceforge.net/

This allows you to set a hotkey to lock the mouse so it can't go to the second screen when gaming, Swap Screen is the tool and set a hotkey.

It works, but now I have the loading symbol for Windows on my screen and I can actually see the cursor which is ughh

Edit: Nevermind, it fixed itself. Thank you!

Having problems with that program now. Just doesn't seem to be working >.<
It works when I'm on the desktop and I can't move onto the second monitor, but when skyrim is open it just won't have it

Skyrim has always been dodgy for tabbing out and using 2 screens for me.
Tabbing out sometimes leaves the windows icon for the mouse moving slowly around my screen instead of the Skyrim one.

Eventually learnt to stay in the game and not to tab out aha!

It's not that I want to actually tab out, it's that in the majority of the games the cursor is locked in fullscreen mode to the monitor that it's being played on, and in Skyrim it isn't, so particularly in combat, I'll end up accidentally minimizing the game because I've used the left mouse button to swing my weapon with the cursor being in the monitor that isn't being played.
